Raphael & Associates Claim Notifications is operated by SI Raphael Ltd Inc., doing business as Raphael & Associates, an insurance claims administrator. It sends text messages to insureds and claimants about their own open insurance claim that we are handling. Messages are sent from our toll-free number.

We send:

• secure links to upload photos and documents for your claim;
• inspection appointment confirmations, changes and reminders;
• claim status updates and requests for information needed to handle your claim.

We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

We only text people who have an open claim with us and have agreed to receive texts. Consent is collected verbally when you report or ask about a claim by phone, either with a member of our staff or with our automated phone assistant. Before any text is sent, you are asked:

“May we text you at this number about your claim? Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out.”

We text you only if you say yes. Your answer, the date and how it was given are recorded on your claim file. If you say no, we contact you by phone or email instead.

Agreeing to texts is not a condition of having your claim handled, and not a condition of any purchase.

After you agree, the first text you receive is:

Raphael & Associates: Hi Susan, please upload photos and documents for your claim here: [secure link]. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Raphael & Associates: Your property inspection is confirmed for Wed, Sep 30 at 2:00 PM. Questions? Call (855) 970-4691. Reply STOP to opt out.

Message frequency varies with the activity on your claim, typically a few messages over the life of the claim. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation and no further texts. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE. To start again, reply START.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number and your consent to receive texts are used only to communicate with you about your claim. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our messages.
